hARNESSING THE POWER OF KINDNESS AND THE POWER OF INTENTION
Welcome to KindnessAlert.co, the online presence for KiTE: Kindness Training and Education LLC.
Founded in 2019, KiTE is a work in progress on how to cultivate kindness and create a culture of kindness. If you
believe that love matters and kindness counts, I invite you to apply these ideas and intentions and let me know the results. Update, January, 2023: I am an advocate for mindful kindness and an evangelist for God's lovingkindness. Can you see your life in the context of God's lovingkindness? Consider the blessing of divine love: God's lovingkindness guides and sustains all creation. In response, we can say "Yes" to God's hope for humanity, that we embrace, embody, and extend God's lovingkindness. We can commit to kindness, mindful kindness, and bring kind attention to how we live each moment. Individually, we will cultivate kindness. Together, we can create a culture of kindness and advance human evolution as God intended.
Superposition and Interaction:
A Framework for Self-Development and Human Evolution as God Envisioned
How to Cultivate Kindness
Imagine the universe, all creation, interconnected in a sphere of life, a field of energy, The Universal Christ.
Within the Universal Christ, each of us is a Cosmic Self containing an Earth Self, and, by intention,
IKANITAN directing our Earth Self.
IKANITAN refers to our Internal Kind Attention Neuro Network
managing our Internal Threat Alert Neuro Network.
By applying our knowledge of neuroplasticity, reframing our view of the brain’s negativity bias,
and realizing the power of kindness, mindful kindness, IKANITAN anchors our Earth Self in love.
The Cosmic Self is an expression of, and our connection to, the Universal Christ, revealed in Jesus.
In His intimate relationship with God the Father, he revealed an infinite capacity to love.
God is Divine Love, the Creator who continues to guide and sustain us. Expressed as God’s lovingkindness, divine love is infinite and eternal, universal and unconditional. When our intention is to embrace, embody, and extend God's lovingkindness, we are growing in our relationship with the divine and with all creation, including ourselves. (As Kristen Neff explains, self-compassion is vital to our well-being.) In the process, we are learning to love as Jesus loved on Earth, in his relationship with the Father, and as he empowered us to love through the Holy Spirit. We do not have to do this alone, relying on our individual selves.
Make the pledge, I commit to kindness, mindful kindness.
Practice the intention, Pause, breathe, choose. Choose kindness, mindful kindness.
Aim to cultivate a kind mind, open heart, and joyful, resilient, vibrant spirit—for your Earth Self and the greater good.
Have faith in and thank God for the divine blessing:
God's lovingkindness guides and sustains all creation.
Say “Yes” to God’s hope for humanity:
Embrace, embody, and extend God’s lovingkindness.
Help create a culture of kindness and fulfill our destiny.
Be the blessing. Be the light.
Take care and God bless. Namasté.

When I see kindness in your eyes,
I see love and openness.
I give thanks for the kindness in your eyes,
the kindness in your voice, the kindness
in your touch. I give thanks for you.
When I feel kindness in your touch,
I feel strength and gentleness.
Because of you
I believe in kindness.
I believe in love.

My religion is kindness.
The Dalai Lama
On choosing kindness, mindful kindness:
A maxim in many world religions, the Golden Rule says to
treat others as we would wish to be treated. Mindful kindness compels us to treat others as they would wish to be treated.
Taking into account their deepest needs and desires, mindful kindness honors the culture, dignity, history, and humanity of all involved. Celebrating everyone's uniqueness while experiencing our common humanity can help us to overcome our sense of separateness and enhance our connectedness, our oneness.

O may your lovingkindness comfort me...
Psalm 119:76 NASB
The openness of our hearts and minds
can be measured by how wide we draw the
circle of what we call family.
Three things in human life are important:
The first is to be kind,
The second is to be kind,
and the third is to be kind.
